MBA (Master of Business Administration)
Departmental Activities

We have identified four major criteria that, when considered together, will help us confidently evaluate potential for success. These criteria are 1) academic ability, 2) work experience, 3) leadership skills, and 4) fit with the KJC MBA program.

The distinguishing factors of the MBA are a rigorous, challenging curriculum and an extraordinary spirit of community reflected in a shared understanding of our core values. We recognize each student's unique background, skill set, and lifelong aspirations.

Continuous Evaluation

In addition to ensuring their active participation in classroom discussions, the performance of each student is monitored by a system of periodic quizzes, written examination, and case study. Day to day business issues and developments are discussed and analyzed in the classroom. Important corporate related news is presented by the students in an open forum.

Social Club

To imbibe the very essence of social duty Kristu Jayanti College has involved the MBA students in the social club. The Club caters to the various needs of the unprivileged.

Quality Circles

The members of this club are concerned with the classroom development activities. They monitor the quality in the class lectures, give constructive feedback to the faculty members and build strong rapport between the students and the professors.

National Level Fest

Every year the department conducts a national level management fest "Synectics". It is a platform through which our students enhance their organizing skills and get an opportunity to interact with students from other institutions.

Management Development Programmes

The department takes the responsibility to conduct seminars, presentations and other curricular activities related to the MBA programme within the college. Through the MDP's the students of our college and other institutions are educated about the changing trends of the industry and imparted with conceptual knowledge.
